One of the local police, this one a woman. They are everywhere and seem to have fixed streets that they watch. The police were unfailingly friendly and I was touched to see that this one didn't shoo the dog away from the Police headquarters, but allowed him to stay. A couple of seconds after I shot this, the dog lay down at her feet.
